By downloading or using TidyVoice, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
License
TidyVoice is licensed to you under the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed through the Mac App Store. Apple's EULA governs your use of the app unless superseded by these terms.
Service tiers
TidyVoice is available in two tiers:
- Free — includes local transcription with a bundled Whisper model and 10-second transcription limit.
- Pro — a one-time purchase ($49 USD) that unlocks 10-minute transcriptions, AI text enhancement (BYOK), custom dictionary, Power Modes, and all Whisper model sizes.
API keys
The AI text enhancement feature in TidyVoice Pro requires you to provide your own API key from a supported AI provider. You are solely responsible for managing, securing, and paying for usage on your API key. TidyVoice does not store or have access to your API key beyond your local device.
Intellectual property
TidyVoice and all associated content, code, and design are the intellectual property of DesignQube. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app.
Disclaimer of warranties
TidyVoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that transcription will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Accuracy depends on audio quality, language, model size, and hardware.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignQube's total liability for any claim related to TidyVoice is limited to the amount you paid for the app. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated effective date will be posted at the top. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DesignQube operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
